What do Points for Good do?
From November 15, 2020 - January 15, 2021, all active GetGo Members can participate and donate their GetGo points to their preferred organizations between UNICEF, Red Cross, and World Vision. The total accumulated donated points will be matched by Cebu Pacific and will be used to fly frontliners from your selected organization by January 31, 2021.
How can I donate my points?
GetGo members may donate in the following denominations: 10, 300, and 1,000. You may donate as many points as you can. To donate, just download the GetGo mobile app and use your GetGo points to donate. To donate, here’s a more detailed process:
- Member needs to have the GetGo mobile app log-in
- Look for the “OFFERS” tab
- Member to look for preferred organization and denomination
- Confirm donation by tapping the “Buy With Points” button
How would I know if my donation is successful?
The point donors will receive a confirmation email as a form of acknowledgment about their donation to their preferred organization.
I accidentally clicked an incorrect number of points. How can I redo my transaction?
You can no longer change the amount however, you may redo the transaction by choosing the lower or higher amount since the donation is valid for multiple redemptions.
Can I refund or reverse the points I donate?
Points cannot be refunded or reversed once redemption is confirmed and successful.
What is the DTI permit for this donation drive?
The DTI Fair Trade Permit number is FTEB-107490 Series of 2020.
