Adding of Baggage for confirmed GetGo Redemption

Once you have confirmed a GetGo redemption booking, you may no longer add baggage thru the GetGo website/Mobile App and use GetGo points again.

How can I manage my booking?

Simply go to and retrieve your booking either by logging in as a GetGo member or by entering your booking reference number and surname. It’s so much easier and faster, without having to contact us.
