Your account will become inactive if you have no valid earning activity within 12 consecutive months. Once your account becomes inactive, you can no longer access your GetGo account and all unredeemed GetGo points shall be forfeited. Points that have already been forfeited will no longer be reinstated. See Terms and Conditions here. To reactivate your account, you need to earn at least one GetGo point from any of our partners.
IMPORTANT: To keep your account active, earn at least a minimum of one (1) GetGo point within a year with Cebu Pacific Air, Cebgo, or other program partners.
Earn whenever you:
- Key-in your GetGo number upon booking or web check-in and fly with Cebu Pacific Air or Cebgo.
- Shop with our earn partners.
- Convert your rewards from our earn partners to GetGo points.
