Navigating the GetGo Mobile App

A new way to get points, exclusive offers, and a booking experience designed for people on the go awaits members who will download the GetGo app.

 Log In

The login screen lets you access your existing account using your email address and password. You can recover your password by clicking “Forgot Password”. (Click here for the steps).



For phones with a fingerprint sensor, there is an easier way to log in using the Touch ID. You may activate this feature through My Profile > App Settings.



Sign up

The sign up screen lets you create a new account. Fill out the necessary information and your GetGo account is created. Take note that a valid mobile number is needed to complete the registration using OTP validation.



After logging in to your GetGo account, you can access the following pages:

 Home Page

The homepage displays your name, getgo number, the number of points you’ve earned, featured offers, featured partners, and the navigation tabs (lower part).




You can redeem your Cebu Pacific flights by navigating the Flights tab. The process is the same as the one in the website, click here for the step by step process on how to redeem a flight.




Displays all the featured promos, discounts, and freebies. Just select the featured offer, read the terms and conditions, and follow the steps on how to redeem it. The step by step process on how to redeem is available on every featured promo. You can also set an alert whenever you are near the location where the promo is and at the same time set an event reminder before the promo will end/expires.




This tab will let you know all the ways on how you will earn points from the featured GetGo partners. You can earn points by flying with Cebu Pacific, converting your credit card points, online shopping, booking hotels and tours, shopping in stores and supermarkets, and other lifestyle and services.



How can I modify my profile using the GetGo App?

  1. From the Home Page, click the menu button on the upper left portion.
  2. Click Profile.
  3. Select Account Settings.


  • You can self-modify most of the information on your GetGo profile except the name. For security purposes, we do not allow name changes online or in the mobile app. But if you really need to update your name, just submit a request by clicking Contact Us.
  • Keep your profile updated so that we can keep you informed with the latest news and offers.

Why can’t I download/install the app?

If you have a problem downloading the app, please make sure to check the following:

  1. Your device should be supported:
      For android: works best with Android KitKat version 4.4 or later.
      For IOS: works best with iOS 11.0 or later.
  2. Your device should have enough space. The app needs at least 30Mb of free space to be installed.
  3. Make sure you are in a region where the app is available. Below is the list of regions:
      Philippines, Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE, US, and Vietnam.
  4. Check again later when you have a stable internet connection.

What will I do if one of the features is not working?

  1. Try logging out and logging in again.
  2. Go to your device’s app settings and click “Applications”. Look for the GetGo app. Tap “Storage”, click “Clear Cache” and “Clear Data” to refresh the app.

    Note: This is applicable to Android users only.

  3. Try reinstalling the app.
  4. Check again later when you have a stable internet connection.
  5. Report the issue you encountered here.

 I need to add baggage / manage my redeemed flight, where can I do it?

Redeemed flights can be managed through the Cebu Pacific website (Choose "Manage Booking").
